Sales tax information:

Butel software BV is officially registered in The Netherlands as a company. We charge 21% sales tax to EU residents.

Your address details are required to determine if you must pay sales tax. We do not share/sell/lease your address details.

EU: All EU customers must pay sales tax. EU tax is shown at checkout. Tax paid is shown on your PDF invoice. 

UK: UK residents do not pay sales tax. UK customers please make sure to select United Kingdom and UKP else tax will be charged.

NON EU: Non EU residents do not pay sales tax. Select your country at check out. We can not refund VAT if you selected the incorrect country.

EU VAT ID: If you want to purchase using your company EU VAT ID you must contact us BEFORE making the purchase so we can send you a proforma invoice for prepayment. All EU VAT ID's must be verified. Contact us for our EU VAT ID information.
